Lead development and scale-up of pyrolysis and biomass conversion processes from pilot to commercial scale. Define test plans, resolve scale-up and operability issues, develop process models and documentation, lead safety analyses (HAZOP/FMEA/MOC), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy robust industrial processes.

Design and improve pyrolysis mechanical and electromechanical systems for production, select components, run thermal/flow analysis, develop test and commissioning plans, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams, and support on-call production as needed.

Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles. Partner with hiring managers to build diverse pipelines, run interviews, ensure compliance, coach leaders, document processes, and support People Team operations. Provide high-touch candidate experience and improve recruiting systems. Hybrid role with approximately 50% onsite time.
