The Territory Manager will develop market strategies, build relationships with referral sources, and support community partnerships to improve access to mental health services.

Manage office operations and administrative tasks to support on-site behavioral health services, including payor/license paperwork, claims submissions, data entry/reconciliation between Salesforce and medical records, patient chart maintenance, compliance adherence (HIPAA), scheduling, device support, events, and cross-functional projects.

Build and execute go-to-market strategy to penetrate new markets, cultivate referral relationships with providers, and conduct in-person outreach 4–5 days/week. Lead educational meetings, networking events, and marketing presentations; gather market feedback to inform product and marketing; and coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, client success, legal) to meet GTM goals.
