The Territory Manager will develop market strategies, build relationships with referral sources, and support community partnerships to improve access to mental health services.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategy to grow referrals and partnerships with hospitals and local clinical partners. Conduct frequent field meetings with patients, parents, and providers, drive partner engagement, share market feedback with internal teams, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to meet GTM goals.

Build and execute go-to-market strategy to penetrate local hospital markets. Develop and manage referral relationships, conduct in-person outreach 4–5 days/week, represent Charlie Health at events, gather market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to meet GTM goals.
