Manage a portfolio of small-business clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. Responsibilities include recording transactions, reconciling general ledger accounts, month-end close, preparing and reviewing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. The role communicates directly with clients, trains junior accountants, resolves escalations, improves accounting processes, and reports complex issues and customer insights to the Financial Controller.
