Review applications for accuracy and compliance, coordinate with carriers and financial professionals, track requirements, resolve delays, provide status updates, maintain case documentation, and support process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Develops and delivers comprehensive financial plans and recommendations for end-client goals. Manages a high-volume portfolio of outsourced planning engagements, collaborates with financial professionals, supports client delivery, and promotes financial planning services. The role requires expertise in estate, tax, investment, and retirement planning, financial planning software, advisor relationship management, regulatory standards, and client communication.
