The role requires healthcare marketing expertise, strong HubSpot and digital marketing fluency, startup experience, creative execution, and team-building leadership.

Conduct outbound calls to family caregivers, explain Ceresti’s support program, assess needs, secure enrollments, document interactions in CRM systems, manage follow-ups, and coordinate handoffs. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, conversion performance, HIPAA compliance, accurate documentation, and caregiver experience in a fully remote environment.
