Leads the PulseOps operating platform for clinical research sites, translating operational needs into scalable workflows, integrations, data capabilities, automation, and AI-enabled features. Owns the product roadmap, prioritization, standardization, site readiness, validation, rollout, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Partners with site and operations leaders to improve efficiency and consistency while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, ICH, GCP, protocols, and company procedures.

Leads the full lifecycle of shared platform, cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE capabilities. Owns platform roadmaps, infrastructure as code, release automation, quality gates, observability, reliability practices, incident processes, and developer experience improvements. Partners with Engineering, IT Operations, Security, and Quality in a regulated environment, leads platform engineers in India, evaluates AI-assisted tools, and serves as a hands-on technical leader.
