Provide nursing care and oversee daily clinical study activities at a research site. Duties include executing protocols, screening and consenting subjects, collecting and processing specimens, administering investigational medications, documenting case report forms, monitoring vitals and lab results, reporting adverse events, maintaining study logs and supplies, supporting sponsor visits, and assisting with QA activities.

Support Clinical Research Coordinators with patient chart maintenance, visit preparation, data entry and query resolution, specimen handling, basic assessments (blood pressure, urine collection), scheduling and clerical tasks, inventory management, participant communication, and assistance during monitoring visits while following ICH/GCP and protocol guidelines.

Manage clinical research nursing staff and patient care technicians, oversee participant care during inpatient stays, create schedules, train and evaluate staff, ensure safety and protocol adherence, and collaborate with management to deliver high-quality clinical trial operations.
