Owns hands-on marketing operations execution, including webinar programs, demo conversion, lead routing, lifecycle management, campaign builds, database hygiene, QA, and funnel reporting. The role uses HubSpot, Salesforce, and LeanData daily, partners with demand generation, SDR, content, and revenue operations teams, and troubleshoots routing and synchronization issues while improving conversion and campaign performance.

Leads Celigo’s global customer support organization, owning support outcomes, customer adoption, platform value, and retention signals. Builds AI-assisted workflows, self-service automation, and knowledge programs; establishes impact-focused metrics; develops distributed teams; manages budgets; and partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to drive systemic improvements and customer success.

Designs cloud-based integration and automation solutions using Celigo’s iPaaS platform. Leads customer and partner scoping sessions, translates business needs into technical architectures, writes requirements and design documents, and supports sales and implementation teams. Provides business process assessments, integration roadmaps, reusable solution designs, and consulting expertise across CRM, ERP, eCommerce, SaaS, and legacy systems. Acts as the customer advocate while helping shape product and delivery strategies.
