Plans and executes pressure vessel engineering projects from design through completion. Develops equipment specifications, datasheets, layouts, drawings, schematics, structural calculations, and bills of material while ensuring compliance with ASME VIII and other governing codes. Provides technical support to project management, manufacturing, aftermarket, vendors, customers, and field installations. Reviews designs, resolves engineering issues, supports product development, and may travel to customer or vendor sites.

Leads multiple complex, cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through completion. Develops schedules, resource plans, budgets, and project documentation; manages risks, issues, changes, costs, and deliverables; communicates status to stakeholders; ensures projects meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives; and mentors project team members while improving project management processes.

Drives North American sales growth for CECO’s thermal emission control portfolio. Responsibilities include prospecting, customer relationship management, technical and commercial proposal development, contract negotiation, strategic account planning, pipeline management, competitive analysis, cross-selling, and achieving revenue, bookings, margin, and sales targets. The role works primarily with end users and EPC clients, maintains CRM data, and collaborates with global sales teams.
