Serve as subject matter expert managing tax engagements, supervising and mentoring staff, performing technical and strategic reviews, developing client relationships and new business, overseeing billing and engagement budgets, and advising clients on tax and qualified plan matters.

Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity clients, including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow and profitability analyses; develop client-ready deliverables; communicate findings to clients and internal teams; support transaction recommendations and mentor junior staff.

Lead tax engagements for multiple clients, manage staff and budgets, perform technical and strategic reviews, ensure timely delivery, support business development, and mentor team members while maintaining billing and quality standards.
