The representative identifies decision-makers, evaluates prospect needs, schedules sales discussions, maintains accurate activity records, meets conversion targets, and monitors industry and competitor trends.

Prospect and win new B2B HCM and payroll clients through cold calling, networking, outreach, and consultative selling. Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery through contract negotiation and closing, track activities in CRM systems, meet revenue targets, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with implementation and client service teams to support onboarding, analyze sales outcomes, monitor competitive trends, and provide market insights to leadership.

Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, net debt, and profitability analyses; develop client-ready deliverables; communicate findings to clients and internal teams; participate in management calls and deal reviews; mentor junior staff and contribute to team culture while supporting transaction decisions on valuation, structure, and key risks.
