Generates qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound calls, email, social selling, prospect research, lead qualification, and CRM documentation. Prospect and win new B2B HCM and payroll clients through cold calling, networking, outreach, and consultative selling. Requires at least three years of public accounting or related experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Provides hands-on accounting and finance advisory support to private equity-backed portfolio companies. Responsibilities include leading finance optimization workstreams, improving financial reporting and close processes, supporting post-acquisition integration, audit readiness, working capital and cash flow analysis, and preparing client-ready deliverables. The role manages assigned engagement responsibilities, communicates with CFOs, Controllers, and private equity stakeholders, identifies risks, and delivers work independently within structured oversight.
