Advise on tax treatment of financial products, intercompany transactions, fintech models, and complex entity structures. Conduct nexus and filing footprint analyses, support audit defense and controversy matters, monitor state tax developments, and help grow SALT offerings within the firm.

Lead US-outbound transfer pricing planning for multinational clients: design and review intercompany pricing policies, manage engagements, support local reporting and audits, analyze financial and economic data, review GAAP statements, and research comparable companies.
