Teams at Catholic Medical Mission Board

Lead finance, treasury, FP&A, grants administration, IT and real estate functions. Ensure financial integrity, donor compliance, budgeting, liquidity, audited statements, risk management, and process improvements. Serve as strategic partner to CEO, advise Board, manage global teams and oversee technology integration.

Provide FP&A support including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, dashboarding, data extraction/cleanup from NetSuite, reconciliations, ad-hoc analyses, and cross‑functional coordination with country finance teams.

Administer and maintain the ERP and connected business systems, provide global user support and training, manage access/security, perform configuration, testing, integrations, and data QA, and partner with finance and operations to maintain reports, BI tools, and process improvements.
