Provide systems engineering and integration support for operational Intelligence Community systems, managing projects from concept through transition. Assess, plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot complex systems, develop technical documentation and plans, coordinate stakeholders, track risks and milestones, and ensure compliance with security and operational requirements in a SCIF environment.

Develop and maintain object-oriented software for satellite ground systems, collaborate with engineers and architects in an Agile/SAFe environment, and apply multithreaded Java development practices. Support CI/CD, DevSecOps, and microservices-based deployments in cloud environments as needed.
