The Receptionist will greet visitors, handle phone calls, provide administrative support, and ensure excellent customer service, especially to elderly residents.

Support the nursing team by assisting with resident care and comfort, documenting services and incidents, responding to help cords, completing duties with minimal supervision, and pursuing employer-paid QMAP certification.
