Generates new automotive auction business, closes deals, executes dealer sales strategies, prospects and upsells customers, manages accounts, and develops strong customer relationships. The role requires territory management, product knowledge, negotiation, follow-through, organization, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license, computer proficiency, and the ability to meet aggressive sales targets are required.

Oversee multiple vehicle reconditioning lines and manage facility operations when the General Manager is absent. Drive production, cost, quality, safety, and throughput targets; identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Lead performance reviews, manager huddles, continuous improvement initiatives, process training, and employee development. Ensure compliance with operating, health, safety, and loss prevention standards while maintaining a high-volume shop-floor environment.
