Supports auto auction lot operations by staging, scanning, identifying, and moving vehicles using tow trucks, forklifts, and service trucks. Maintains vehicle readiness by jumping batteries, adding fluids, and checking tires. Ensures inventory accuracy, removes personal property, coordinates vehicle flow with shop and operations teams, assists customers and administrative staff, and maintains safe work areas. The role requires outdoor work, customer service, communication, attention to detail, and safe operation of various vehicles and equipment.

Lead and manage market operations including logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer and employee experience, mentoring, and training. Oversee day-to-day operational decisions, improve processes, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Support community outreach and maintain close ties with leadership.

Prepare, inspect, stage, and locate inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport. Use handheld scanners and mobile devices to log locations, perform multi-point inspections, maintain lot areas, fuel and safely operate company vehicles, and meet processing and safety standards.
