Reviews monthly reports, remittances, reconciliations, and compliance requirements; resolves escalated issues; communicates with investors and trustees; establishes new investor systems and bank accounts; leads special projects; improves processes; and trains, mentors, and evaluates staff.

Processes loan-level accounts receivable, reviews vendor invoices, adjusts receivables, prepares revenue estimates, reconciles month-end general ledger reports, and maintains balanced accounts payable bank accounts.
