Provides customer support for transportation shipments, including status updates, appointment coordination, shipment monitoring, issue resolution, documentation, proof of delivery, reporting, and billing accuracy. Coordinates with customers, drivers, carriers, dispatch, terminals, and operations teams to resolve exceptions and ensure timely execution. Maintains accurate records, follows up on open items, and identifies recurring service issues. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and experience in customer support or logistics.

Build and productionize agentic AI workflows and automation for logistics. Integrate LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and data pipelines with TMS/RPA systems. Implement guardrails, monitoring, evaluation metrics, audit trails, and lightweight front-end prototypes. Collaborate with product, ops, and engineering to scale successful prototypes into reliable production services.

The Pricing Analyst will develop accurate pricing for drayage opportunities by analyzing market data, costs, and operational realities, and support bid processes and cross-functional collaboration.
