Support B2B sales operations by maintaining CRM data, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, preparing reports, tracking pipeline metrics, managing documentation, assisting with forecasting and lead assignment, and improving sales workflows. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams in a remote environment.

Performs data quality checks, validates data after system and process changes, investigates discrepancies, and identifies root causes. Maintains quality rules and documentation, tracks issues, prepares reports, monitors trends, and coordinates resolutions with Data, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams. Supports testing of data workflows and product features while recommending improvements to data processes and controls.

Provides application support to customers and internal users by investigating, reproducing, and troubleshooting software issues. Documents problems and resolutions, guides users through product workflows, escalates complex issues to Product and Engineering, follows up on fixes, identifies recurring problems, maintains knowledge-base content, and assists with testing product updates.
