Lead and oversee accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany and multi-entity consolidation, and international accounting. Provide technical accounting support, maintain internal controls, coordinate audits and tax filings, and drive process improvements. Coach and manage accounting team members and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance.

Support day-to-day AP/AR, billing, cash application, reconciliations, and transaction processing. Prepare and review vendor bills and customer invoices, assist month-end close, research discrepancies, respond to stakeholders, and support process improvements and reporting to ensure accurate financial records and audit readiness.

Oversee and execute site-level regulatory operations for U.S. clinical trials, including IRB submissions, FDA interactions, ISF management, safety and amendment filings, regulatory strategy, site start-up and closeout support, cross-functional collaboration, SOP development, and continuous process improvement to ensure GCP and regulatory compliance.
