Provides strategic in-house legal support focused on vendor, technology, professional services, and healthcare agreements. Drafts and negotiates contracts, manages the contract lifecycle, advises on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, partners with executives on business risks, develops legal training, promotes CLM tools, and manages outside counsel. Requires a law degree, active state bar membership, and at least four years of legal experience.

Support enterprise cardiovascular quality initiatives by analyzing provider, practice, and network performance data; build and maintain dashboards and reports; identify variation and improvement opportunities; support audit readiness and documentation; collaborate with clinical leaders to drive quality improvement and present findings to stakeholders.

Drives patient safety, regulatory compliance, infection prevention, survey readiness, and continuous quality improvement across ambulatory surgery centers and office-based catheterization labs. Responsibilities include incident and risk management, root cause analyses, audits, gap assessments, staff training, emergency preparedness, quality benchmarking, corrective action planning, and coordination with center leadership and quality committees. Regular multi-site travel is required for training, assessments, and audits.
