Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, implement solutions, lead customer implementations, and improve customer profitability, safety, and business continuity.

Lead and manage site quality operations ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety. Develop and implement quality systems, oversee audits and responses, train and manage quality staff, conduct Site Quality Management Reviews, report KPI metrics, identify trends, and make product release decisions.

Manage and grow assigned hospital reprocessing programs across a multi-state territory. Lead customer implementations, provide staff training, analyze collection/service trends, resolve service issues, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to maximize program value. Heavy travel required to support on-site execution and customer relationships.
