The Willow Analyst supports clients by providing application support and optimization for Epic Willow, focusing on enhancing workflows and troubleshooting issues.

Two contract Senior Cadence Analyst roles: a 12-week scheduling assessment to analyze Epic scheduling data, evaluate rules/configuration, identify hotspots, and assess MyChart self-scheduling; and a ~6-month team augmentation role to maintain and optimize Cadence scheduling templates, decision trees, visit types, and provider utilization while collaborating with the client's Cadence team.
