One-year rotational early-career consulting program for recent bachelor's or master's graduates. Participants develop core consulting competencies through onboarding, office hours, manager check-ins, workshops, and collaborative client-focused work. Candidates must live in an approved hub city and, for U.S. locations, be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

Lead delivery of complex cross-functional technology projects (data platforms, ERP, automation, applications). Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define scope, plan execution, manage risks, drive timelines, facilitate cross-team communication, and apply technical judgment on solution approaches to ensure successful outcomes.

Lead design of end-to-end analytics and data solutions, produce architecture diagrams and technical designs, guide delivery teams, run client discovery and requirements sessions, support pre-sales and proposals, build reusable frameworks, and manage and mentor a delivery team to ensure quality and alignment to architecture.
