Leads the evaluation, design, development, and deployment of production AI/ML applications in AWS environments. Builds and optimizes machine learning models, assesses emerging technologies, presents technical recommendations, collaborates with federal clients, and mentors engineering teams. The role also supports cloud-native development, operations, security, enterprise AI adoption, and experimentation involving modern AI platforms and practices.

Develops and maintains user manuals, technical specifications, online help, training materials, reports, and process documentation for mission-critical software systems. Translates complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences, manages documentation through publication, edits content for accuracy and consistency, supports usability testing, and communicates updates to stakeholders. Collaborates with engineers, product teams, and subject matter experts in secure, regulated environments.

Lead design and modernization of secure, scalable backend systems for federal missions. Drive architecture, API design (REST/GraphQL), cloud-native development, CI/CD, DevSecOps, troubleshooting, and mentor engineers to deliver production-ready solutions.
