Leads cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams delivering thermal protection solutions from concept through production. Serves as the technical customer liaison, manages program risks, milestones, budgets, KPIs, and joint development efforts, and supports proposals, feasibility studies, requirements definition, capture activities, and transition to execution. The role requires aerospace or defense technical expertise, customer engagement, security-clearance eligibility, and travel to customer and partner sites.
