Design electrical systems for building construction and renovation projects, including lighting, power distribution, signaling, communications, and telecommunications. Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Lead project coordination, engineering meetings, value engineering, and quality control activities. Conduct site visits, observe construction progress, support clients, guide junior staff, and manage project engineering responsibilities while meeting financial and work goals.

Lead mechanical and plumbing facility condition assessments: inspect HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems; document deficiencies; determine condition and remaining useful life; provide recommendations and rough cost estimates; mentor junior assessors; interface with clients; prepare project documentation and travel for field assignments.

Lead mechanical engineer responsible for complex HVAC design (ductwork, piping, equipment selection), Revit/BIM modeling, QA/QC review, mentoring staff, interfacing with clients, construction administration, value engineering, site visits, and project coordination across large building projects.
