Teams at Candescent

Manage approximately 15 digital banking clients across the Western U.S., owning retention and expansion revenue goals. Build executive relationships, conduct business reviews, identify product expansion opportunities, educate clients, deliver proposals, negotiate renewals, and coordinate with internal sales, marketing, product, and implementation teams. The role requires banking or credit union experience, consultative SaaS/PaaS selling, strategic account management, and independent remote work.
