The Manager of Business Analytics will oversee reporting infrastructure, develop dashboards, analyze data requests, and foster data-informed decision-making within Finance and Operations teams.

Manage onboarding of new customers to Campspot's SaaS platform, combining project management, technical support, and training. Support initial setups and major overhauls, coordinate timelines, communicate with stakeholders, solve issues, and handle some evening hours and travel.

The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for managing high-value park relationships, driving revenue retention and expansion, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success.
