Own the strategic direction and roadmap for customer implementation and learning programs. Manage implementation and learning specialists, oversee onboarding and educational content, establish scalable processes, partner with Support, Success, Sales, and Product, and use performance metrics to improve launch quality, time-to-value, and support case deflection.

Provide phone and ticket-based support to camp directors, staff, and parents using Campminder and Salesforce. Triage and resolve client issues with empathy, document cases in CRM, identify product/process improvements, participate in team stand-ups, and support seasonal weekend and on‑duty coverage.

Manage a portfolio of ~125 Mid-Market accounts post-sale through renewal. Monitor account health, run business reviews, detect and mitigate churn risks, execute success and adoption campaigns, represent customer needs cross-functionally using data, handle account changes, and support product launches for Mid-Market clients.

Lead design and adoption of a shared AI platform (retrieval/RAG, evaluation, observability) used across product teams. Drive cross-functional delivery of LLM/ML initiatives, make build vs. buy decisions, prototype to de-risk directions, define quality and trust metrics, and grow internal automation so teams can reuse platform capabilities in production.

The Senior AI Platform Engineer will lead AI enablement projects across Campminder, collaborating with executives and teams to design AI tools that improve efficiency and empower users.

Own end-to-end security for Campminder: architect and harden identity, access, and cloud-native infrastructure; integrate SAST/DAST/SCA into CI/CD; manage vulnerability scanning, WAF, EDR/DLP and SIEM/XDR; administer secrets and vaults; execute PCI technical controls and ASV scans; harden containers and Kubernetes; coordinate pen tests and remediation; run security awareness training and maintain AI governance.
