Teams at Camping World Holdings, Inc.

Works with customers to identify specialized product and installation needs, provide estimates, verify product specifications, schedule installations, manage prepayment records, monitor parts, inspect vehicles, and coordinate with service staff. The role provides ongoing customer updates, maintains a clean and safe work area, and may support other team duties. It is a commission-based sales position with uncapped commissions.

Generate and nurture leads through outbound prospecting, schedule sales appointments, manage CRM records, align with marketing campaigns, track personal performance metrics, support customer satisfaction and online reputation, and collaborate with sales leadership to improve conversion.

Supports retail sales by implementing marketing and merchandising programs, maintaining planograms, presenting products, managing inventory, conducting cycle counts, assisting customers, answering phones, and processing daily receipts. The role also maintains safe work areas, supports markdowns and product transitions, and may cross-train on additional duties.
