Own day-to-day customer relationships and growth for Natural Specialty accounts across direct and distributor-supported channels. Deliver net sales, gross profit, trade and share targets via planning, negotiation, broker and distributor management, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination. Monitor performance, recommend actions, and ensure consistent execution to meet business objectives.

Serve as a strategic talent advisor delivering end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles. Build sourcing pipelines, advise hiring leaders on selection strategy, use Workday and sourcing tools, leverage market intelligence and data to improve hiring outcomes, and partner with HR, compensation, and business stakeholders to meet diversity, quality, and speed objectives.

Lead regional multi-site warehouse operations (plant-attached and 3PL) to deliver safety, service, cost, and quality outcomes. Own operating model transitions, KPI governance, 3PL partner management, financial budgeting and reviews, continuous improvement, and talent development across a geographically dispersed logistics network.

Design and implement scalable, secure enterprise data solutions on Databricks and Azure using Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture. Lead and mentor data engineering teams; define integration patterns, governance, security (Unity Catalog, RBAC, masking, row/column-level security), and CI/CD/IaC practices. Ensure data quality, lineage, monitoring, and optimize Spark/Delta workloads for performance and cost while aligning solutions with business needs.
