As an Account Manager, you will manage existing accounts, drive revenue growth, offer strategic insights, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers.

Analyze gas-path performance data to identify premature engine deterioration, recommend OEM-compliant maintenance, provide technical customer support, validate system features, support product development, and maintain records and OEM knowledge.

Provide first-line customer support for FlightBridge users: answer calls/emails, resolve booking and ticketing issues (using Sabre GDS), coordinate with airlines/vendors, escalate technical issues, assist onboarding/integrations, maintain CRM records, create templates/scripts, perform QA testing for fixes, and adhere to SLAs.
