Manage full life-cycle contract processes for state and federal work: review, draft, negotiate, and track contracts, NDAs, licenses, MSAs, and SOWs. Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and compliance, coordinate with Finance and Program teams, ensure corporate registration and insurance requirements, and provide counsel to leadership on contracting risks and processes.

Lead technical project delivery: triage and troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, write and run SQL queries, validate cross-system data, manage Jira backlogs and sprints, oversee deployments, and maintain Confluence-based runbooks and configuration documentation while reporting status to leadership.

The Strategic Account Executive engages K-12 schools to drive adoption of Lexia solutions, builds relationships, identifies needs, and supports implementation while managing a sales pipeline and collaborating with educational stakeholders.
