Leads sales performance analysis, business intelligence, revenue assurance, and data governance. Develops dashboards, forecasts, controls, and executive reporting; identifies revenue leakage and improves data integrity across the sales-to-billing lifecycle. Partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Service Delivery on process improvements, business cases, integrations, and strategic planning. Presents actionable recommendations and drives standardized metrics, operational efficiency, and revenue visibility.

Leads field sales across small and medium business, enterprise, and alternate channels. Develops sales strategy, targets, budgets, performance metrics, and competitive responses while partnering with Marketing, Product, and executive leaders. Provides data-driven business insights, manages financial performance, recruits and develops senior talent, and presents business services performance and strategy to senior management and the Board.

Maintains lease accounting schedules under ASC 842, prepares analyses and journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, investigates variances, supports audits and SOX compliance, and evaluates changes to accounting and reporting standards. The role also completes special projects and requires collaboration across lease-accounting stakeholders, systems, processes, and internal controls.
