Own the end-to-end product design process, creating user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for software products. Develop design standards, conduct user research and usability testing, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing to deliver polished experiences aligned with business and brand goals. The role requires strong visual and UI design expertise, technical collaboration skills, stakeholder communication, and a proven record of successful product design delivery.

Architect, implement, and maintain resilient AWS cloud and hybrid infrastructure across regions. Build Terraform and CloudFormation infrastructure as code, operate Kubernetes and Amazon EKS platforms, and develop CI/CD and GitOps workflows using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. Improve deployment velocity, reliability, and operational efficiency through automation, documentation, and standardized practices. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams, mentor peers, and participate in on-call support.

Conduct outbound prospecting (50–75 calls/day), nurture and reactivate prospects and prior customers, manage MQL outreach, field inbound inquiries, record activity in Salesforce, communicate product value, research stakeholders, and collaborate to move opportunities to account-managing SDRs.
