Coordinates quarterly estimated tax payments and year-end tax activities, prepares complex trust, fiduciary, charitable, and individual tax returns, manages e-filing and filing status tracking, researches tax issues, and communicates with advisors, clients, and taxing authorities. Maintains tax preparation systems, trains associates, supports trust and estate setup, and mentors Tax Specialists I and II.

Manages commercial borrowing relationships, develops new business, cross-sells banking services, analyzes financial data, structures and negotiates credit transactions, and oversees loan portfolios. Responsibilities include approving or presenting loans, monitoring repayment and problem loans, generating management reports, supporting business development, and potentially coaching other relationship managers. Requires strong communication, sales, analytical, decision-making, and credit management skills.

Own and grow an enterprise book of business: prospect new clients nationwide, execute cold-calling and pipeline strategies, present demos and solution-based proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate with Product/IT/Operations, maintain CRM activity, provide market feedback, and meet or exceed sales targets. Frequent travel for onsite meetings and tradeshows required.
