Manage customer communications and drive project milestones for assigned accounts. Coordinate between Sales, Customer Success, Project Managers, and third-party contractors. Produce customer-facing project reports, attend contractor meetings, and ensure successful installations across lighting, refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen ventilation, and renewables/storage solutions.

Manage the referred contractor pipeline from recruitment through activation, evaluating contractors against business, operational, legal, and compliance requirements. Coordinate onboarding, training, system integration, communications, pricing, and contract administration. Track onboarding metrics and contractor feedback, report performance, resolve issues, and continuously improve procedures to enhance contractor quality, customer satisfaction, readiness, and operational efficiency.

Create and edit video and motion-graphics for social, web, and events; design social and digital content, branded collateral, presentations, and event materials; maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to produce engaging visual storytelling.

The Account Executive will generate new business, build partnerships, manage sales cycles, articulate value propositions, and meet sales quotas, mainly focusing on energy efficiency solutions.
