The Account Executive will generate new business, build partnerships, manage sales cycles, articulate value propositions, and meet sales quotas, mainly focusing on energy efficiency solutions.

Analyze and document service team processes, turn data into actionable insights, design and deliver technical training, maintain process and system documentation, collaborate with software and leadership to drive process improvements and implement rollout requirements across CRM and operations systems.

Manage customer communications and drive project milestones for assigned accounts. Coordinate between Sales, Customer Success, Project Managers, and third-party contractors. Produce customer-facing project reports, attend contractor meetings, and ensure successful installations across lighting, refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen ventilation, and renewables/storage solutions.
