Support the Community Manager with day-to-day property operations, leasing, rent collection, resident relations, maintenance coordination, application processing, lease renewals, financial recordkeeping, compliance with Fair Housing, and community marketing and engagement initiatives.

Lead daily property operations, coach staff, manage budgets and rent collections, oversee leasing and compliance, coordinate maintenance and curb appeal, handle resident relations, and report to the Asset Director.
