Performs prospective and retrospective audits of professional coding and clinical documentation across a multispecialty ambulatory environment. Validates ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, modifier assignment, medical necessity, and regulatory compliance. Identifies coding trends, risks, root causes, and process improvements; documents defensible findings; researches guidance; and develops education for coders, providers, and clinical teams. Works independently as a coding subject matter expert in a fully remote setting.

Analyze, design, program, test, implement and support application software and system interfaces (notably Epic and lab integrations). Lead projects, train and supervise staff, develop specifications and documentation, evaluate vendor products, coordinate installations, and maintain system improvements and quality assurance.

Designs, implements, and maintains secure, scalable public and private cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, performance and cost optimization, troubleshooting, automation, security policy enforcement, disaster recovery, documentation, project leadership, and mentoring junior engineers. Collaborates with development, operations, and security teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions in an enterprise healthcare environment.
