Lead enterprise security architecture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Develop and govern reference architectures, perform architecture reviews, drive remediation, and define security standards for identity, network segmentation, data protection, monitoring, CI/CD, and AI platforms. Partner with engineering teams, support incident response and audits, and ensure secure integration of acquisitions and research/AI workloads.

Lead projects, train and supervise staff, develop specifications and documentation, evaluate vendor products, coordinate installations, and maintain system improvements and quality assurance.

Support SVP and operational leaders across surgery, cardiovascular, anesthesia, and ambulatory sites with financial and operational analysis, business planning, market assessment, and stakeholder engagement. Develop business cases, model operational efficiency (using benchmarks), drive revenue and margin improvements, support budgeting and variance analysis, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership to improve access, throughput, and financial performance.
