Perform daily cash application, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare monthly journal entries and trial balances, support tax and audit tasks, maintain GL integrity under GAAP, assist fixed asset accounting, and collaborate with AP/AR/Payroll. Provide bookkeeping support and mentor junior staff while participating in system improvements.

Perform data collection, cleaning, validation, exploratory analysis, and visualization to produce dashboards and reports. Write SQL and use Python/R and visualization tools to generate insights, support cross-functional teams, maintain documentation and data quality, and assist senior analysts on modeling and forecasting.

Administer Egnyte and other enterprise platforms, support help desk issue resolution, manage small platform projects, implement workflow and automation improvements, ensure change control and security compliance, document SOPs and knowledge content, and collaborate with stakeholders while providing occasional mentorship.
