Supports planning, coordination, and execution of product and business initiatives across cross-functional teams. The Software Quality Assurance Engineer designs and executes manual tests, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. The role identifies and tracks defects, develops test plans and documentation, participates in requirements reviews, and collaborates with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure software quality. The position also supports compliance with quality assurance standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Leads end-to-end operations for Collective Investment Trusts and Funds, overseeing NAV support, fund accounting, capital activity, trading and settlement, client onboarding, audits, reporting, service providers, regulatory controls, and governance requirements. Drives workflow optimization, automation, risk-control improvements, and operational scalability while managing and mentoring operations staff. Serves as a senior escalation point for clients, prospects, sub-advisors, trustees, and internal stakeholders.
