Teams at Bristol Hospice

Direct and oversee hospice clinical services, supervise Clinical Supervisors, case managers and clinicians, ensure regulatory and CHAP compliance, manage staffing and budget input, develop orientation and education programs, maintain clinical records and quality improvement, and act as Executive Director in their absence.

Provide after-hours hospice nursing care including visits, admissions, telephone triage, dispatching field staff, coordinating medications/supplies/DME, documenting calls and shift reports, and supporting patients and grieving families during evenings and nights.

Lead sales and marketing for a hospice location: build and maintain referral and payer relationships, negotiate contracts, develop marketing plans, manage and recruit the sales team, monitor budgets and marketing ROI, and travel across service areas to grow referrals and community presence.
