Oversees estimates, bid packages, subcontractor pricing, value engineering, risk mitigation, scheduling, client proposals, and project handoffs. Manages relationships with owners, designers, vendors, and subcontractors while coordinating departmental capacity and processes. Supervises, mentors, and evaluates preconstruction staff.
