Administers and supports global IT infrastructure across on-premises, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud environments. Maintains Windows and Linux servers, storage, backups, FTP, email routing, hardware, and related platforms. Monitors performance and availability, troubleshoots issues, implements upgrades, supports security and audit initiatives, assists the service desk, evaluates infrastructure needs, and contributes to technical projects and disaster recovery planning. Provides vendor coordination and 24x7 on-call support.

Provides on-call classroom coverage in early education centers, supporting hands-on activities, child supervision, curriculum delivery, safety procedures, and parent communication. Works with children across age groups and locations as needed. Requires a high school diploma or GED and age 18 or older; childcare experience and early education credentials are preferred. The role involves in-person work, lifting children, physical activity, emergency responsiveness, and compliance with health, safety, immunization, and background-check requirements.
