Builds industry relationships, manages investment pacing and return objectives, collaborates across operating teams, and leads the Investments team. The role requires deep open-air retail real estate expertise, discretionary fund knowledge, leveraged transaction experience, advanced financial modeling, and extensive buy-side investment leadership.
