Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, webinars, digital events, and landing pages; manage marketing and editorial calendars; create thought leadership and sales enablement content; analyze market trends, customer feedback, campaign performance, and KPIs; and collaborate with sales, technical, and supplier teams to support customer acquisition, brand positioning, and growth.

Supervise chemical manufacturing operations, production personnel, facilities, equipment, budgets, safety, quality, inventory, and customer demand. Develop procedures, schedules, training, and efficiency improvements while ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance. Lead investigations, audits, capital projects, safety initiatives, and employee development. Manage staffing, performance reviews, operational expenses, invoices, waste disposition, and production standards across the facility.

The Industry Market Manager supports specialty ingredient growth in household, industrial, and institutional cleaning markets. Responsibilities include partnering with sales teams and customers, developing and optimizing formulations, troubleshooting technical and manufacturing issues, translating supplier technologies into customer solutions, supporting commercialization and product launches, delivering technical training, and monitoring market and regulatory trends. The role requires up to 50% regional travel and may be performed from home or an office.
