Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, pipelines, health scoring, segmentation, and reporting; create Metabase dashboards and SQL-based analyses; improve customer processes and handoffs; define lifecycle program requirements; develop CS playbooks; partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success; and use AI to scale personalized communications and operational efficiency.

Own the full sales cycle for short-term rental and hospitality property managers: prospect, qualify, demo, and close SaaS deals. Collaborate with SDRs and internal teams, maintain HubSpot pipeline and forecasts, meet revenue goals, and travel quarterly for in-person meetings and events.

Build and ship full‑stack product features on a Python/Flask backend and React frontend. Design REST/GraphQL APIs, work with SQLAlchemy and relational data models, integrate LLM/AI features, use async task queues (Celery), and collaborate with product, design, and engineers to deliver reliable, well-tested features end-to-end.
