Own technical product marketing and platform education for an AI-native healthcare commercialization platform. Translate APIs, integrations, data flows, and AI capabilities into customer and partner guidance, documentation, demos, training, and enablement materials. Partner with Product and Engineering to support feature adoption, onboarding, implementation, self-service usage, and AI-enabled knowledge experiences. Bridge technical teams with Sales and Client Services while ensuring accurate, consistent product communication.
